The Jade-Rot Lament

This curse calcifies the spirit, causing the victim’s flesh to harden into cold, unyielding jade as their memories dissolve into the mountain stone. It is a slow, rhythmic petrification that turns the warmth of blood into the silence of an ancient cavern.

The Obsidian Blight of Agni

This affliction causes the very humors of the body to calcify, turning the soft warmth of living flesh into brittle, searing stone. Those afflicted find themselves anchored to the earth as their veins harden into jagged, obsidian-like conduits of heat.

The Silver-Wilt Curse

This malady manifests as a creeping, metallic stagnation that turns the victim's veins into brittle, singing mercury. Those afflicted find their bodies slowly hardening into cold, reflective statues that resonate with the sorrow of the earth.

Jörmungandr's Bile

This treacherous venom does not kill the body immediately but instead dissolves the victim's connection to the Nine Realms, causing the soul to leak slowly like black smoke from the pores. As the spirit thins, the victim begins to perceive the world as nothing more than a shallow, shifting illusion of freezing mist.

The Sidhe-Sight Blight

The afflicted finds their vision permanently shifted into the shimmering, chaotic realm of the Fae. The world of men fades into gray translucence, replaced by terrifying, shifting geometries of shadow and spirit that drive the victim to absolute madness.

The Obsidian Vengeance of Xipe Totec

This malevolent draught turns the victim's own veins into hardened, razor-sharp shards of volcanic glass. As the poison takes root, the skin begins to crack and peel away in layers, revealing a hollow, crystalline interior that glows with a cold, dying light.
